All work for sale on artsunwrapped.com can be bought online using Paypal.

All prices are shown in British Pounds.

Commission on Sales
Please note that artsunwrapped.com will take a 20% commission on any sales generated through us. Remember to take this into consideration when you price your work.

Dispatch
We expect works to be dispatched within fourteen working days of payment being received, unless you inform us about delay or propose different arrangements for the customer. Dispatch costs are in addition to prices quoted for works of art, unless otherwise advised. Notification of dispatch costs should be sent by email once the artist has accepted the offer made. Payment will be deducted when the buyer agrees the final price of the artworks.

Artists are responsible for the dispatch and insurance of their own work.
Returns.

If the customer is not completely satisfied with any work bought, they expect to receive a full refund (excluding delivery costs) by returning the work within ten days of receipt. That means that in case of a return they are liable to pay the costs of shipping both ways - to them and back to the artist.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the work to the artist in its original condition and of insuring it during transit, except where the work is faulty or the wrong work has been dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE: In case of photography and digital, as well as works that your commissioned return is only possible if you cover the costs of the production of the work. These costs will be deducted before the refund is made. Please ensure you know the cost involved prior to purchase.

Artsunwrapped.com uses Paypal secure payment method to protect your credit card information.

Anyone under the age of 18 years may not purchase from artsunwrapped.com, unless they do so in conjunction with a parent or guardian. Information collected is given at the time of registration. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Use of personal information collected by artsunwrapped.com is strictly confidential and protected under the Data Protection Act. Information will only be used for the purpose of facilitating the purchasing of art. Artsunwrapped.com will not disclose any personally identifiable information about you to any third party.
